Jem has taken something as intimidating as postpartum exercise and made it achievable. I didn’t know where to start when approaching exercise after 3 children but Jem’s incremental approach has been both incremental and attainable. I was nervous to start working out post baby but Jem was so understanding which really helped. During the consult we built a plan that suited my situation perfectly and it was so motivating! The one to one sessions were exactly what I needed to get over that initial post-partum hump and set me up really well to be intentionally active again. Jem pushed me further than I thought I could go but somehow did it in a gentle way. PT was so good for my mental health and it wasn’t long before I felt the results physically too.
