A consultation is an opportunity for me to learn more about your fitness journey so far and to help you set some realistic goals. It’s also the chance for you to ask questions to see if I’m the right trainer for you.
Step 2: Start your personalised training plan
After a consultation, I’ll create a unique training plan, tailor-made to help you reach your goals and fit in with your lifestyle. We’ll execute it together and as you progress the plan will evolve as your strength and fitness improves.

Hello! I’m Jem
I’m a mum of three primary school aged children living in south Birmingham. My lovely children keep me on my toes, and it’s fair to say that their arrival into the world was no cake walk. As a result I had to rebuild my fitness and strength from the ground up, and doing so gave me back confidence, energy, strength and helped me feel powerful (which as a parent, when you can’t control very much, is huge).
I didn’t exercise much before my children, but now planning in my workouts is the first thing that goes in the diary each week. Exercising is a chance to de-stress from the busyness of life, it’s a bit of me-time that is as good for my mental health as it is my physical health.
I’m grateful to have been guided through my fitness journey which literally changed my life. The impact my trainers had on me has inspired me to help others on their journey.

Your program will be tailored to your body, your life, and your budget.
1:1 Personal Training
Your unique training sessions can be delivered in-person in the studio or at your home, depending on your preference. Nutritional coaching comes as an added bonus. We could meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
£35 per hour session
5 session package for £165 (£33 per session)
10 session package for £300 (£30 per session)
Pair workouts
Training with a friend adds fun and accountability. Plans are created according to your joint goals and abilities and are developed as you both progress. We would work in the studio, at your home or even outdoors (weather permitting) according to what works for you. We can meet as often as you like; weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
£40 per hour session (combined)
5 session package for £175 (35 per session)
10 session package for £300 (30 per session)
Online Programming
I can also offer bespoke online programmes tailored to you, to be delivered online, or simply emailed over for you to you to complete at your gym or choice in your own time.
£10 per programme emailed
£25 for online session
All sessions require 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel otherwise the full price of the session will be charged. All 10 sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless you are physically unable to attend sessions.
